ACS Showcase & ACS Carnival

The school recently held its annual ACS Showcase cum Carnival on two fine days of June after the mid-term holidays. Its started off the ACS Parade which was very wonderful and spectacular event where all the students were enthusiastic about it. A grand march was held where all the uniform bodies of the school which include the ACS Military Band (of course), the Kadet Remaja, Scouts, Kadet Polis, PBSM, Boy’s Brigade, and Pandu Puteri marched together with all the classes in a wonderful display of the ACS Sprit. The parade this year went through the school football field and around the ‘quadrangle’ which is the parking lot beside Block A. Later the ACS Showcase started after the speeches by the VIPs. This year the MASTECH EXPO was held on the same day as the Showcase. There were performances by some uniform bodies at the ACS Green.
The next day the ACS Carnival was held where all the clubs and societies run stalls selling FOOD! DRINKS! and etc. The Moses Tay Cup was held at the same time which is a competition between Sports Houses where games were held. There were about 17 games running at the same time and the Cup went to Shariman.
The event was a wonderful success as all the students participated with their full support. They had showed their talents and learned a lot through this ACS event. Indeed events such as this is what makes ACS great!

Erm… this is last years post.Isnt there any announcements for this years carnival or teacher’s day??? I hope that the admin would be kind enough to announce that the 2008’s carnival and showcase is on the 21st of May 2008 and Not forgetting Teachers day, on the 23rd of May. Hopefully the editorial board would post up more pictures taken on those days. Just to inform the public about what’s going on in our school.
I was told that i could post pictures here??I dont think so….Well could anyone tell me more about Website & Hosting for Clubs?? Thanks.
